Cereals conclude rice, millet, wheat, corn and sesame generally. I grown up in countryside and I have a clear idea about the living standard about the Chinese countryside. When I was a child, it was great and rare to eat meat, and my childhood was flood of millet, wheat and corn. One of dreams as a kid was to eat meat every day. It comes true now, however, I suddenly realize that there are some healthy problems occur to me and my parents. Last year, I spent the spring festival in hospital for my mom’s sick, high blood pressure. I have to say that too much meat and cholesterol is not a good thing for our body. I begin to miss my natural and healthy childhood. The doctor recommended cereal to my mom, and he said it is better than medicine.
