It is easy and convenient to make dried strawberries at home, and all you need are: four eggs, two bags pure milk, 100g sugar and dried strawberries.
Firstly, mix yolk and sugar together with an eggbeater until looks ivory.
Secondly, pour milk to a pot until slightly boil, and put the milk aside for a while to cool. Slowly pour milk to yolk and mix together and evenly.
Thirdly, put the mixed yolk and milk into pot until slightly boil, and get it into a container to cool.
Last but not least, put the cool yolk and milk into fridge, and it is better to mix it every two hours to avoid ice block. If cream is available at home, it is better to mix some with yolk. You can put the dried strawberries into yolk, or you can spread some on the top of ice cream when you eat it.
